Deepak Lather is Indian weightlifter who born and brought up in Shadipur, Haryana. He is 17 years old boy and won the bronze medal for India in the men’s 69kg weightlifting category on Day 2 of the 21st Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia. He becomes the youngest weightlifter of India. Once he enrolled at Pune’s Army Sports Institute as a diver and he finished with a combined effort of 295kg (136 in a snatch and 159 in clean & jerk). Deepak Lather belongs from Shadipur, Haryana and his age is 18 years old. He is youngest Indian weightlifter who won the bronze medal for India in 21st Commonwealth Games. His father Bijender is a farmer and mother is house-wife. Vijay Sharma is his weightlifting coach. After this winning, he is preparing for 2020 Olympics.
